Worshipping God in Spirit and Truth (John 4:24)

Worshipping God in Spirit and Truth (John 4:24)

How to worship God in Spirit and Truth, then please pray first & ask God to give you wisdom & open your eyes and heart to His Bible truth.St.James 1:5 "but if any of you lacks wisdom,he should pray to God, who will give it to him;because God gives generously and graciously to all."
Why do we worship God?

We worship God because he created us through and by Jesus Christ our Lord and Savoir. We worship God because He has freed us from the penalty of our sins, through the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We worship God because of the promise of eternal life with Him,if we serve Him with all our heart, mind and soul.We worship God because He comforts in times of distress. We worship God because of His unfailing love for each and every one of us.He loves us with a love and goes far beyond anything we know.

The True worshippers, worship our heavenly father in spirit and truth. This doesn't mean just going to church or participating all church activities including singing song and listening Sermon. Worshipping God in spirit means,we worship Him from the heart. Do you remember the first and the greatest Bible Commandment that Jesus give.St.Mark 12:30 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength".

Egg Cholesterol Harmless For your Kid !! Is it ?

A new study has good news for egg lovers according to which, eggs' cholesterol neither hurts the heart nor puts your health at risk.Eating them every day was considered unhealthy due to its cholesterol levels that were regarded dangerous for the heart. The research involved a 20 year study of the dietary habits of 1,000 middle- aged men showing that people do not have anything to fear about eggs when it comes to its cholesterol. It is a known fact to many that dietary cholesterol intake has quiet a modest impact on blood cholesterol levels, and cholesterol or egg intakes have not been associated with a higher risk of heart disease in most studies.

It also speaks of the assumption that people with the APOE4 gene are more affected by its cholesterol. While the intake has a greater impact on blood cholesterol levels among those with APOE4 (major known genetic risk factor for Alzheimer's disease), the study found no trace of that among them, too.

Having it in moderation comes with plenty of health benefits, indeed. It contains Vitamin A, Folate,Choline,Vitamins B5,B12, B2,Phosphorus,Selenium,Vitamins D,E,K,B6,Calcium and Zinc. Likewise, its cholesterol provides some of the best source of protein, which is essential for strong bones and muscles.
